Unity Technical Artist

24PLAY is a product company from Ukraine that has been developing and publishing mobile games since 2019. We are a team of professionals who have launched dozens of popular games and gained over 100 million satisfied players worldwide. Our games include Zombiepunk, Bliezkrieg Assault, Street Dude, and more.

 We are currently looking for a Unity Technical Artist.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• Predict and implement graphic tools to improve project efficiency.

• Formulate technical requirements for 3D assets, textures, and creation pipelines.

• Develop and implement shaders, considering artistic and technical needs of the project.

• Create and customize visual effects (VFX) in the engine.

• Optimize the rendering and configuration of game objects to achieve maximum performance in Unity.

• Provide technical art support at all stages of development.

• Actively collaborate with 3D artists, animators, and developers to integrate content into Unity.

Какого профессионала ищем?

• Experience with 3D (modeling, texturing, UV rendering) in 3ds Max, Maya or Blender.

• Deep understanding of 3D content creation pipelines (from concept to import into the engine).

• Ability to create and customize shaders in Unity (HLSL, Shader Graph, Amplify).

• Experience with Unity Built-in and Universal rendering pipeline

• Optimization skills (LOD, texture atlases, reducing draw calls).

• Ability to describe technical requirements for art and development teams.

• Basic knowledge of C# (at the level of reading scripts) to automate tasks and integrate with developer code.
   

Will be a bonus:

• Proficiency in Substance Designer.

• Understanding of the principles of animation, rigging, and skeletal animation.

• Experience in creating content for mobile projects.

• A portfolio with examples of technical art (shaders, optimization, VFX).
