Senior User Acquisition Manager

Junkineering is looking for a highly skilled User Senior User Acquisition Manager to take ownership of user acquisition for our mobile RPG titles. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, data-driven, and deeply familiar with how mobile RPGs acquire, retain, and monetize players.

You will be responsible for building and executing UA strategies that drive sustainable growth. You will plan, launch, optimize, and scale performance marketing campaigns while working closely with product, analytics, and creative teams.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase player acquisition, retention, and monetization for mobile games.

• Analyze market trends, user data, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

• Work closely with the product development team to ensure that marketing efforts align with the game’s features and value proposition.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3+ years in consumer marketing in the mobile gaming segment.

• Knowledge of ASO: understanding of ASO best practices to optimize app visibility and improve organic downloads.

• Experience with marketing tools and platforms: proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Appsflyer, and other relevant platforms used in mobile games marketing.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, manage internal and external relationships, and communicate marketing strategies clearly.

• Ability to track and measure performance: proficiency in setting up key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking metrics, and analyzing data to optimize marketing campaigns.

• Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
