Our mission is crystal clear: we specialize in creating distinctive pixel games. We are the developers of the popular shooter Pixel Gun 3D, played by more than 5 million users worldwide every month. For which tasks (responsibilities)?

We are looking for a player-centric community professional to develop and grow our community. The perfect candidate has a deep understanding of how communications, content, social media, and influencer relationships intersect and is adept at crafting community plans that cohesively bring all these elements together.

    Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the work of the community management team and volunteer teams.

  • Build and execute strategic and tactical plans for community development and growth.

  • Manage and provide reports that support the success of community campaigns, using insights to optimize future strategies.

  • Build direct relationships with players, volunteers, influencers and be the face and voice of the product across various channels of communication.

  • Help support creator strategy including identifying potential new creators while supporting and building long-term relationships with existing partners

  • Work cross-functionally with other departments, mainly Social Media Management, Customer Support.

  • Capture player feedback and act as a voice of players, leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to drive game improvements and help the product team make the best possible decisions for players.

  • Monitor trends in online community tools and applications. Learn from the market and competitors.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Skills and experience:

  • 6+ years of overall audience/community management in the gaming industry. Proven experience in leading products through launch and beyond.

  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership position.

  • Excellent spoken and written English and Russian (C1/C2).

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with large-scale and targeted audience surveys

  • Full understanding of key platforms (Discord, YouTube, Reddit, Instagram, Facebook) and experience managing a broad set of these.

  • Strong copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging content.

  • Organized and able to prioritize effectively and be competent to handle multiple projects at once.

  • Passion for the games industry with a genuine interest and knowledge of games.

  • Experience working with influencers.

  • Comfortable in front of the camera.
