Junior Project Manager

We are Creative Mobile, an independent game developer. The company was founded in 2010 and is located in Tallinn. More than 400 million players have discovered the games published by Creative Mobile. Our mission is to create experiences that are loved forever.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to work with freelance (outsourced) employees. Managing such employees represents an in-house service handling all aspects of outsourcing: from search and hiring to quality control and payment. This position will enable you to contribute to developing all company products and gain invaluable experience managing a distributed team.

You will have the following tasks:

• managing current outsourced employees and contractor companies;

• recruiting new ones and evaluating their expertise (including through interviews);

• scheduling the workload of outsourced employees based on product requests;

• supervising outsourcers' work, monitoring deadlines;

• defining the skills required from outsourcers to perform their tasks;

• communicating with employees or the contracting company throughout the hiring process;

• monitoring the signing of necessary documents and coordinating payment;

• building new and improving existing processes to improve service efficiency.

• willingness to gain experience and develop expertise in project management;

• managerial skills;

• B2 level English or higher.

A big plus will be:

• experience in search and recruitment;

• skills in working with Google sheets, Notion, Miro;

• art or marketing knowledge;

• interest in video games.
