Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in game development, is looking for a superstar Head of Global Sales and Business Development Director for our client, a fast growing Ad Tech company that connects Publishers, Brands, and Advertising Agencies and provides the best solutions for them to succeed and grow.

Head of Global Sales and Business Development Director will build a department from scratch, organize all the processes, create an effective sales strategy and set achievable yet challenging KPIs for the team.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Developing a sales strategy.

  • Creating a sales funnel for key channels, including networking, conferences, referrals, and cold outreach.

  • Continuous monitoring and evaluation of metrics and KPIs for effective strategy implementation.

  • Establishing a systematic and efficient sales department from scratch.

  • Closing deals.

  • Launching cold outreach to attract new clients.

  • Initiating upselling activities.

  • Building long-term relationships with clients.

  • Implementing a CRM system to maintain an up-to-date client database.

  • Regularly attending industry-specific conferences to attract new clients.

  • Exploring innovations, optimizing sales processes, and identifying growth opportunities.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • Over 8 years of experience as Head of Sales & Business Development in AdTech companies, DSPs, and advertising networks for mobile products.

  • Experience in building and managing a sales department.

  • Working with international clients.

  • Understanding the full sales cycle and utilizing effective approaches to attract new clients.
