For which tasks (responsibilities)?

- personnel search using any available social
platforms available;
- working on attracting specific candidates;
- systematizing the ways of searching to reduce the time to close
a specific vacancy;
- conducting initial interviews;
- adaptation of employees.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• work experience in a similar position;

• competent oral and written speech;

• negotiation skills and work with objections;

• creative approach to personnel search;

• familiarity with boolean search.
