2D Animator

We at Dopamine Games create online slot games and are assembling a team to launch new products. We want to break away from the norms and shake up the industry by bringing unique games to the market. We have many processes to establish, plan to open European offices, and aim to build a large team.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Create animations for 2D slot games, including objects, backgrounds, logos and characters etc.;

• Сreate dynamic effects: including light, fire, water etc.;

• Apply your knowledge of optimization techniques to meet memory limitations;

• Export and optimize animations to create game-ready assets;

• Work with the art team and programmers;

• Actively participate in the game development process to create the best games on the market.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 2+ years of professional animation experience in slot games;

• Strong understanding of Spine, After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, plugins;

• Ability to animate in various styles;

• Technical art knowledge (image sequence optimization, asset export, working with sprite sheets);

• Link to portfolio;

• Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate level of English;

• Knowledge of the most common plugins for animation and particle generation.
  
  Will also be a plus:

  • Experience in limited, tween, and symbol-based animation;

  • Knowledge of classic animation principles;

  • Experience in creating promotional videos;

  • Working in 3D environments.
